Shipping & Delivery
- Standard shipping is provided at no cost and typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.

- We shall not be held liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Shipment Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the designated shipping address.
Packaging & Handling
- All shipments are securely packaged to protect the integrity of the product.
- In the event of visible damage upon receipt, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.
Signature Requirement & Liability

- Fashion M Luxury is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any claims regarding lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the carrier.
